Montana Resources, at the request of Dan and Jody, have determined the exact spot where the church is located.

It is buried about 75 feet under waste rock just east of the Berkely Pit.

It is Dan and Jody's dream to excavate the church and recover artifacts (such as the church bell) that can memorialize the event and provide some memories to the people of McQueen and Meaderville.
